All of our days are flexible to your needs.

There will be group meditations, Sound healing, Country walks and fun workshops around the kitchen table for you to join if you please

Each day the table will be laid with home cooked vegetarian food and you will be in happy company.

The Manor House is Georgian, the rooms are big and varied, enjoy the photo’s with all inclusive full board prices below

There is an option to leave Friday morning at 9.30am.  £40.00 for the extra night including evening meal and breakfast.
